So my friend is on an extreme budget but he asked me to build him a system for video editing and Photoshop. possibly some gaming.
BTW he has a 1080p monitor.
system #1: http://es.pcpartpicker.com/p/HzrdhM (the cpu is good, better than the second system, but the integrate graphics are not as good)
system #2 http://es.pcpartpicker.com/p/fVzqZL (the cpu is not as good as the first but the integrated graphics are much better ,speak from experience.)
PLEASE, no AMD or INTEL fanboy answers I know more or less the strengths and weaknesses of both systems. i want to ear opinions on witch of them is the best for the use-case scenario.

Solution
If video editing and Photoshop is the current focus, then the i5. If the games he wants to play don't have the performance he'd like, he can always add a dedicated GPU later on. I would consider the A10 more strongly if the current focus was gaming.

Note: If you do decide on the A10 route, it really likes to have DDR3-2400

I was leaning that way to, I built a system for another friend, to play games with the A10 and dual channel 2400 ddr3.
He plays everything at 768p (his native resolution)
as for this one, the priority is editing, and for the time being she can play some games at 720p (like fistful of frags) and get a gpu in the future, like u said
