How to update Asus H81M-K bios if you don't have CPU? Is it even possible?

Guys,I bought a new motherboard (ASUS H81M-K),and I'm planning to buy new CPU (i3 4170) and i found that current new motherboard need updated bios (1103) to work with this new i3 4170 processor.But another problem is that i don't have any old processor with socket 1150 for using it for updating bios to newest version.So my question is it somehow possible to update/flash new bios version without CPU?
Motherboard which i bought is rev 1.0 so it don't have BIOS 1103 preinstalled on it.

BUMP! Help needed!
If i buy processor I3-4170 will it work on Asus H81M-K (Mobo is rev1.0 so i think it have first 0803)
Is there some way to check BIOS version because i dont have processor yet or any other 1150 socket processor to check it out by powering on.

You can't change anything until you have something If you can't get the cpu now, and don't have any scraps, then buy something like the Celeron G1820TE, which is that socket, but its about $50. If you have to change it now, then get that, and update whatever you need to update. Buy the i3 later if not having enough money is the problem.
