I have 8GB of RAM installed but it says only 1.93 is usable

Before anyone asks i do have 64 bit windows 8 pro and i have two 4GB sticks of the same brand, They are Corsair Vengence i belive. My motherboard has a max of 32GB of ram and it only has two slots for RAM so its not that they are not spaced.
My motherboard is a ASRock FM2A58M-VG3+ R2.0
and also if you need it the cpu is a AMD A10 7850k

Sounds like the two sticks don't want to play, the one stick is prob giving up almost 2 GB to the GPU, the other is 'seen' but since they don't want to play, can't be used. What are the model numbers of the DRAM and we can try some adjustments and see if we can get them to play nice. ;)

The motherboard i have (ASRock FM2A58M-VG3+ R2.0) only has 2 ram slots.
the model of ram are G Skill trident series (red with weird patterns on the top) and its a 2x4gb set, the CPU cooler i have is the one that cam with the cpu i have (AMD A10 7850k)
Also i do have a graphics card if it matters, its a Saphire Radeon R9 270x

I went to BIOS and my DRAM was at 1.71V and i couldnt find CPU V
