PC won't start. "Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area"

Hello. My computer I recently built will not boot. Here are my specs: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/CaptainCrape/saved/LMGzK8
I cannot boot into Windows, It automatically BSOD's and says: "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, I can't reset windows, I CAN access the BIOS, and Windows Recovery Also does not work. I already tried loading up windows off a DVD. All the parts are new so I don't know what could have broke.

Have you tried troubleshooting with different setups? ie: Alternating RAM sticks?

The memory shows up fine in BIOS. So I think it is having the issue in booting the PC.

The memory showing up in BIOS doesn't prove that the memory is operating without errors.

Test each DIMM using a utility like MemTest86 or Memtest86+.

Test it using your existing system. There's no point testing them on a different system.

Bootable USB flash drive with its own self contained operating system and Memtest utility.

Okay. So, I got memtest86 working. It has run for about 2 and a half hours so far and has reported 0 errors. Could this BSOD be a software or hard drive issue?

Did you test each DIMM by itself? If each DIMM didn't report any errors did you then test the pair of DIMMs together?

Is Windows able to boot and run in Safe Mode without BSODing?

Okay, so I ran the full test, all four passes. It got zero errors. So that basically rules out the ram. I am guessing I either have a corrupted windows file, (It does say NTFS.sys at the end of the error code) or the hard drive is malfunctioning. Those are the only other possibilities. The CPU is brand new and in 100% working condition so it can't be that. And all of the other parts would give different errors. I am guessing it is most likely a broken windows boot file. If it is, is there any way to clear/reformat my hard drive? Maybe run Ubuntu of a DVD/USB and do it?

The Windows installation process allows you to delete all existing disk partitions so that you can re-create them.

Windows install image on a bootable USB flash drive.

I haven't installed Windows from a DVD in over 8 years. It's a lot faster using a USB flash drive.

I already have Windows installed on a DVD. It's gonna take a lot more time. How do I reinstall? When I put the disc in it automatically boots into windows off the disc and crashes. Maybe the copy of windows on the disc is corrupted?

Is the HDD set to AHCI mode in BIOS? Did you supply the AHCI driver, if necessary, during the Windows installation boot process?

Yes it is. However I don't know about the AHCI Driver. I just need to know how to wipe the hard drive and reinstall windows without accessing my PC. Wiping the drive will be easy, as there are iso based utilities.
