When I turn on my newly built PC, a No Signal message is the only thing that appears on screen.

I would like help with this problem, as I have already gone through the main thread for boot issues and checked over my PC for them, and I couldn't find any of them. This is my first time building a PC. When I turn on the computer, the only thing that comes up on the monitor is "No Signal"

My build is as follows:

Motherboard -ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 6 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), gray USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

GPU -GIGABYTE Radeon R9 270 GV-R927OC-2GD 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready Video Card

CPU -AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W FD8350FRHKBOX Desktop Processor

Hard Drive -Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

RAM -ADATA XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model AX3U1600C4G9-DR

PSU -Rosewill ARC-650, ARC Series 650W Power Supply, 80 PLUS Bronze Certified, Single +12V Rail

I am assuming you are getting a single "good POST" beep from the motherboard. I think the place to start here is with your display input, does your monitor have multiple input ability? Is the proper input device selected if it has the option? Have you tried a different display cable?

My monitor has both a DVI and an HDMI port, and I have tried both and selected the correct input device on my monitor.

If you have already gone through the list of things for diagnosing a problem like yours. I think it will be quicker and cost less just to take it to someone who already has all the extra parts to test everything out. Like if someone says its this part and you order it and it still doesn't work you'll be out of whatever money and time you spent on ordering the part. The computer not booting up can be a long range of hardware issues, so it would probably be best to spend the money to take it into a local store and have them test things for you. They normally will warranty any work they do, unless its some kid from craigslist. You really can't be sure it isn't something until you plug a different one in and test it.

I'm not familiar with the thread you mentioned, so apologies if you've been through all this already. Have you tried different RAM configurations? If not, try booting with one module at a time in DIMM_A2. Connect via DVI and make sure you're using output 1 on the card; it's the one next to the HDMI port. If you still get nothing, I'd follow eatmypie's advice and get somebody local to look at it.
