When attempting to post my build, the parts look as if they functions properly (all fans are spinning, lights are turning on) however my monitor receives no input (even when hooked up to on board graphics).
I am given a "99" error code from my Asus Maximus VII Hero motherboard, which in the manual says is "Super IO Initialization". However when I plug in my SSD I get the "A2" error code (IDE Detect)
I had rebuilt the PC on top of the motherboard box, plugging in only the power to the CPU, GPU, motherboard and cleared the CMOS but I still got the same error code.

-Seasonc XP-660
