Hi, here's the situation:

  • Took out SSD and HDD out of Asus Laptop
Installed cleaned and formatted OEM HHD
Installed Windows 7 using ISO file found on the web
Installed drivers to the best of my knowledge

Here is the dump:
http://1drv.ms/1iJUlLO

Keep getting this BSOD randomly with Driver_IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal message.

The laptop:

Trying to get this laptop stable to sell on ebay thank you so much for your help!

Solution
When building Windows on any computer, I first download the drivers to either a USB thumb drive (USB-2 - don't use a USB3 drive/port), and then Windows to another USB thumb drive (again - USB2, not USB3 drive/port). I load Windows, but no updates. Then I install all the drivers (Intel first), then reboot to make sure everything is working properly (check device manager for hardware that isn't working properly).

Then I install the updates - and when finished, I activate Windows.

I always suggest trying a clean install....

The drivers had been scrambled in a usb key and there is a great chance I haven't installed it first....
What should I do, clean the drive again format it and reinstall windows?

Well I think my best bet will be to format the drive and reinstall windows again but installing intel drivers first in a USB 2.0 port. Thank you buddy!
