Hi,

This is my current rig:
ASRock B75M-R2
2 x 8GB RAM Corsair DDR3-1333
Intel i7-3770 (LGA1155) @3.40 GHz
eVGA GTX980 SC ACX2.0
Asus Xonar DX 7.1 PCIe x 1
eVGA 850W G2 80+ Gold PSU

I'm looking to SLI and OC, but my current motherboard is not SLI capable and my CPU is a non-K so I can't OC it past turbo speed. Money is not an issue, however I'm looking at how long will each one will last before I need to upgrade again?

Is it worth it to upgrade to i7-6700k and get a new motherboard that's SLI capable?

OR

just get ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 for SLI and OC my cpu to turbo speed?

Your cpu is plenty capable so it would probably be the best if you get an sli and ocable motherboard. You will not have to upgrade the graphics cards for 1440p/1080p for a while, and although you cant know for sure id say that cpu is probably gonna last 3 years or more
