My monitor does not start when I installed new RAM..

Mobo - Gigabyte 78lmt USB 3.0 (Rev 5.0)
RAM - G.SKILL 8GB X 1 DDR3 1333MHZ CL9 RIPJAWS X
CPU - AMD FX6300 3.5 Ghz
PSU - VS450
GPU - Zotac GTX 750 Ti 2GB DDR5
Solution done till now -
1. PC draining Method
2. Monitors cords tightened up
Anything to do with BIOS ?
