cant format my 8GB sd card and file keep coming back after i delete them

I suggest you uninstall the driver from the SD Card reader and reinstall the driver.
Go to device management and see your memory card name.If yellow exclamation mark is there then try to reinstall the driver or troubleshoot it by right clicking on it.
