Computer restarts randomly ingames

This is my first time posting here so I hope this is a right place to ask this question. The problem I have is that sometimes my PC just restarts after max 10 minutes of playtime. This problem started about a week ago. Worth noting is that these games worked normally for a long time. Also the weird thing is that sometimes games will work normally for a longer period of time and then this problem will happen. It seems that it does not matter if the game requires a lot of system power or not. My PC configuration is

Processor - Intel Core i3 2120 clocked at 3.30 GHz
Graphics card - NVIDIA GeForce GT 440
Motherboard - ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8H61-M LX2 Rev X.0x
Chipset - Northbridge : Intel Sandy Bridge
Southbridge : Intel H61
Memory - 4 GB total memory type DDR3 to 665.11 MHz
Harddrive - Harddrive WDCWD5000AAKX-001CA0 of 465.76 GB SATA III
Operating System - Windows 7 Ultimate Edition ?(X64)? Service Pack 1

First check the temperatures when the restart happens. But to do it right, you have to ask someone else. Which power supply do you have? It could be also, that the psu is slowly dying now.
Edit: That error message just says the computer wasn't shutdown correctly. Like always, the Windows logs and messages aren't helpful.

I forgot to mention that my temperatures seem quite normal at least while I am on the internet (http://i.imgur.com/cNsGfkk.png)
And my PSU is PLATINUM MX-400ATX P4 which i have been using for quite often for about 3-4 years.

Which manufacturer is it? Is it one of Seasonic?

And about the temperatures, when did you readout them on the picture? I mean, you should readout them right before when the shutdown happens.

No it is MS Industrial. And how am I supposed to readout temperature when the shutdown happens if shutdowns are random. Is there any program that might help?

This is the place where to ask the other guys here. There are programs, which will show your the current temperature as an overlay if you game.
