Confused between ASUS strix and Inno 3D

Hello Guys,

I am planning to buy a New Graphics Card - NVIDIA GTX 960 (4GB)
I am a bit confused where to go....I have two options available 1) ASUS STRIX 960 4GB which is costing me about 19k in indian Market
2) INNO 3D GTX 960 4GB which is costing me around 17k in market.

So i want to know what is the difference betweeen the two and which one is better !!
also mention the drawbacks if any.

The Inno3D should be a tiiiiny bit faster and also cheaper so thats nice.

Here are some comparisons (Asus Strix vs. Inno3D iChill) both are OCd editions)

It's a bit louder than the Asus but therefore runs alot cooler.

Ah crap i cant find a iChill edition of the 4gb version. In this case the Asus Strix might be the better option. Heared alot of good stuff about the Strix series. Also seems to be one of the fastest 960s with 4gb.

Pretty hard to find any comparisons of the 4gb versions, but it should be pretty much the same as with the 2gb versions, if not exactly the same. And since there is no iChill version of the 4gb card the Asus Strix is better in the 4gb section.

So: Asus Strix!
