EVGA GTX780 ACX OC really loud.

So the preoblem i am having with my GTX780 is that its really loud. At first i thought that it was the my H100i that was the issue but i disconnected the fans and it was still loud. I also disconnected all other fans in the case but it was still loud. So i disconnected my graphics card and there was no noice. I have no idea why its so loud and i have installed EVGA precision X and it says that the fans are operating at 39% which is the minimum possible. Any help would be really appreciated!

Return it to EVGA under warranty (if its still in warranty), would be the best option if possible.

Its possible the bearing in the fan is faulty or the fan blades are somehow rubbing on something.

Thanks for your respons! The thing is that sometimes the fan isn't loud. I checked the fans in corsair link and when the fan is really loud it says in corsair link that the fan is at 0 rpm and in EVGA precision X it when the fan gets loud it also says that its at 0 rpm. The 780 has 2 fans maybe one is a bit wierd?
