Yes and no. There are different versions of HDCP. The monitor supports HDCP, so it's compatible with at least one version of HDCP. It may be incompatible with other versions of HDCP. Normally I'd link to the wiki page explaining the different versions, but the wiki is surprisingly unhelpful in this case.
The big issue right now is with 4k content. It needs to be encoded with HDCP 2.2. Except the HDCP 2.2 spec was released more than a year after 4k devices began showing up. I'm not sure what happens when you plug in an HDCP 2.2 source into a 1080p device with a previous version of HDCP. You may get the picture degraded to 1080p (which is just fine), or it could be degraded to 480p (which would be really bad). If you don't care about 4k, then you should be safe as the previous HDCP specs were more widely adopted.
