Hi, Im making my first PC build and have finally completed the component list with several peoples approval from the PC Part Picket community. However my Thermaltake Versa H22 ATX Mid Tower Case has front panel USB 3.0 ports, but the MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard does not have onboard USB 3.0 headers. Is there some cheap adapter I can use to connect the back port to the front or will I need to buy an additional front port or what because I have no idea :p Also, whats this about: 'Some Intel H81 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs.'

Thank You

Solution
Yes they make USB 3.0 to 2.0 adapters. My Silverstone case came with one: Example. I'm sure there are cheaper versions if you check around.

Depends on what BIOS your motherboard ships with, some of the latest Haswell CPUs may not work on the motherboard without an update. I haven't run into a problem yet, but if this happens in many cases you need a compatible CPU to even upgrade the BIOS, which is a real problem for most people. Look up that motherboard on MSI website and they will list what CPUs are supported, and at which BIOS level.

Will I just need an adapter or a front panel as well?
