ok maybe few weeks ago i got new pc cyberpower
i'm sorry it being long just im pissed off atm with this and dont feel like shorting it.Ok on to point whats happen is my computer is freezing randomly Times (Bios/Playing Games goes from 2-5 mins on games/desktop some times) Then idk if it cuz of me messing with things trying fix computer freeze but i will get blue screen at times then if it freezes on bios it goes into repair loop it be like computer did not restart right but me messing with pc stuff is like going into pc and turning off nvidia High defintion audio wanted to see if that help but i restarted little bit late and got blue screen then after that it was going though boot startup and froze when it was going past bios then had push restart button on tower then said in order to repair have to restart right and so i clicked ok and it went to log in like it was fine but i only got blue screen like 2-3 times all but one was today and the others were when i got pc only cuz i was messing with things but they were small things.its not overheating tested many times look at it now its 34c and when playing games it goes from 30-45c . i was using msi oc genie for few days to see if it stop freezing it did help but it seem to happen less but i turn off it few days later cuz it was making computer hotter so i got worried i think it was 40-65 on stress test 40 is just sitting on desktop but i got blue screen after restart of turning it off so idk whats wrong but what makes freezing stop less is when i let my pc sit for hour but if i turn off/ reset it may freeze sometimes it does sometimes it dont and its annoying . what i may think it be (bad motherboard /bad power supply something needs to be overclocked its not windows cuz it happen on windows 8.1 swapped over to windows 10 on release date / everything is up to date been going over and over to make sure) i will add more if stuff comes to me atm this is all sorry for bad grammer if there is any i skip things alot not knowing plz help love some tips to try or do i just got to ship it to them cuz i dont want that cuz its across the U.S and the shipping was bad /need for school / work and let just say they did poor job so wont be very happy about that so im doing my best to avoid that.but idk what to put in tags btw lol sorry

alsoforgot to say they blue screen only happen when i was looking up fixes and trying them but never helped will do that now but like i said it dont happen EVER time it just happen sometimes it goes a day or me get off then get back on then get back on and it wont freeze then others it does but its annoying me cuz i was playing minecraft and cuz it froze my world was deleted other times WORK STUFF i will be filling stuff out to drawing and it froze guess what all gone
