(Not actually Solved) My computer keeps locking up, what's wrong?

This is not actually solved I just suck at life, and clicked best answer by accident.

My computer has been locking up recently. It seems fine until I start to put strain onto the system. This is usually done by me playing games. At first I thought it was heat and noticed my processor getting up there in temp. I went out and bought a new case and a new liquid cooling system (Something that needed to be done anyway). As I monitored over the next few days the freezing didn't stop, but my temperatures were a lot better. I did a complete reinstall of windows onto my HDD's to make sure it wasn't a driver. I did HDD's checks and nothing showed up. My next step was checking the ram. After running for 8 hours on each stick, then together, nothing showed up as an issue. I pulled out each piece to test everything, but like I said it only happens when I seem to put strain on the system. I tested both my graphics cards and I thought one was causing the issue, but it freezes on both. At this point I am at a lose as to what it could be. My thought is it might be the motherboard, but I am not sure. So I ask to you all, why is my computer locking up?

1. I assume that you tested RAM with Memtest 86+ ? Can oft save yaself some time by testing both sticks together first, and then moving onto single tests only if ya get a failure.

2. The PSUs performance is decent, certainly suitable for light and moderate overclocking. You could test for voltage instabilities by running Furmark for 2 hours while HWiNFO was running and checking min and max voltages recorded on the 3.3, 5 and 12 volt rails. ATX spec limit is 5% but I'd be concerned if it exceeded half that .... look for 1% if looking for big overclocks.

3. As above, look at Event Viewers System and Application Logs for errors and warnings. Do a web search and see if you can find solutions to reported problems.

My 2TB is just where I keep Steam games, and my 120 has 33Gbs left .
I'll create a forum on sevenforums too.
I had just done a fresh start , I thought, but I had used the windows 10 build in one, and I don't think that actually deletes much as far as drivers.
