i am bought a new computer plug the all new cables correctly but moniter was going to sleep, so what can i do please help me

you have placed the monitor input cable in the wrong (not exactly wrong )output port on the cpu backside. There are 2 ports at the backside if you have a dedicated graphics card. 1. the Integrated one from motherboard, and 2 . one on the dedicated gfx card .
Some traanfer video to gfx on first plug , some keep it on integrated . So just switch the port to the other one and see if it starts , then , configure to use the other one , if it is dedicated gfx one by installing the drivers and rebooting
