Hello, I'm planning on purchasing the BenQ XL2411Z monitor, and I was wondering if my computer can handle 144hz, because it's, obviously, a gaming laptop, and the ports I have are an HDMI port, which I'm pretty sure isn't 2.0, a VGA port, which I believe has a 60hz cap, and a Mini-display port, which I'm not sure about. I'm new to display/minidisplay port.Do I need an adapter for the mini display port to go to the monitor? Is there a better monitor for me to purchase. I'm trying to get into the entry level area of 144hz monitors. I don't want to go above 300$.
