hard drive not recognized

i have three harddrive 2 with OS on them and the other a file dump. I just installed win7 and when i click my computer the d:drive is not my File dump but a drive called data about 99mb size with a file inside it called bootsqm.dat how do i make windows 7 acknowledge that drive which shows up as bootsqm.dat

bootsqm.dat is a legitimate file typically generated by chkdsk. However, the file size you've mentioned is not normal. Either two of the following are possible: (1) you've been infected by a virus or some other piece of malware, or (2) there're many, many errors on the HD.
 


Then the drive letters simply got changed after the Windows 7 setup you did. If one of them is empty, you may have formatted it accidently during the Windows 7 setup. Or you have set the files as hidden or encrypted the disk or did some change to it if it's the correct disk but is seen under one boot OS but not another.
