My processor throttle during stress tests A LOT and the multiplier keep going to 7 instead of 23 for milliseconds

I had that same problem on my Crosshair V, my NB/VRM voltages would drop into red and freeze my screen in the BIOS but once I plugged my cooler fans into different slots it made my rpms go to 2700 and now everything is running very well and cool at 4.7. Glad you got it working :D

can you check this screenshot please ?

the first 2 run score was ok but the last 3 runs are much slower and that when i get the throttle to 1406MHz ( i even went down to 4.6 instead of 4.8 but still the same)

Your motherboard voltages are all under what they are supposed to be by a fair amount, maybe time for an upgrade.

Here is my setup with an 8350:

I have C6 enabled.

Well your +3.3V is at +2.04, +5V is at +3.3V, your +12V is at +8.112V, your -12V is at -8.928, -5V is at the same as your -12V (-8.928). I would check your voltages in your BIOS as HWMonitor could be reading them wrong. Make sure everything is plugged in properly from your power supply as well.

I guess I got it,,, its NB/VRM overheat, I couldn't even touch the heatsink during the stress test so I just put 140 mm fractal fan above the VRM+NB heatsink and guess what ? i delayed the throttle on 4.8 GHz for more than 4 tests ( used to throttle after the first run on 4.8 GHz) ,, seems Gigabyte did not learn from the old versions of UD3, how sad :-(.
