what is really my ram speed (Mhz) actually?

Hello, everyone. I'm about to upgrade my RAM into my desktop. before that, i had checked my RAM using cpu-z software. Here is it:

The following image showing the RAM speed in DRAM Frequency is 400 Mhz.

But when I checked its memory myself, it's label showing DDR2-800, which is supposed to be 800Mhz. Anyway, My RAM is Kingmax brand.

I want to know which is real memory speed so I would get the exact memory speed and type as it should be. Thank you.

But, I just found out about the FSB Speed in BIOS Setup and it says '800 MHz'. In this case, was my RAM speed actually 800 MHz or 400 MHz?
