When i'm using VGA its all good, 1080p desktop resolution and all that, but when i want to use HDMI 1080p outpoot, desktop area goes off screen! I can use 1776x1000 but it looks bad and i have 2cm black space on sides and 1cm on top sides.
I uninstalled amd catalyst crap completely and it was fine on hdmi without drivers installed, just fine, 1080p whole screen nicely covered.
Than i proceeded to instal drivers and after restart, same old problems.
Before this sapphire dual-x R7 370 i had xfx 6870 and didnt have those problems .
Here is the video:

Any idea what is the problem?

Sounds like your display has issues with a computer generated signal... I have one that does that too. 1080p from the cable box works flawlessly. But 1080p from a HDMI port goes beyond the screen edges on all four sides. I a have a GTX 770, not an AMD video card...

I had to reduce the computer image to 1824x1024 in the video card to make it fit the TV 1080p screen.

So try your monitor out on a friends computer, and see if his does the same thing.
