I have an amd 8320 and a 550lc asetech cooler. When my cpu is idle its about 39C, 20% load about 47c, and 70%+ its about 67c.

My 8350 is OC'd to 4.4 and I've never seen it go above 55C under full load with a coolermaster cooler (forget which exactly). My case cooling is average at best.
