so under 97% load my cpu reaches 68-70c is this fine everything i read about it is either its not good or thats fine just dont go over 80 so its a bit annoying can anyone help out ? i have a cryborg h7 cooler and i know for sure thermal paste is installed right.

Not sure what monitor software you're using, but make sure you're looking at the right temperature. I made the mistake when i was first overclocking. I was using CPUID HWmonitor and looking at the temperature marked CPU, but after some research, i found that it was displaying the socket temperature and not the actual CPU.
I started using the AMD overdrive tool as a double check for my temperatures when stress testing. I don't use the software for anything else, but the CPU status shows the thermal margin very clear for all your cores. This margin displays the difference between the max rated temperature for your cpu and what temp it's currently at.

I'd personally consider those temps unacceptable especially with an h7 fitted.
As kube says above use the thermal margin in amd overdrive for temp monitoring - anything else is somewhat unreliable.
I would honestly expect ,even with ambient t temps of 30c , the h7 to give a clear thermal margin of 20c+ even under 100% load testing.

Don't auto overclock. That's the problem. The motherboard will always overcompensate with additional voltage than necessary. You need to overclock it manually the correct way. Read an FX Overclock Guide. Again, anything over 70C is not ok for AMD FX chips. I can pull link after link stating this.

The temps under the auto over clock are in all honesty ok but still higher than I'd expect with an h7 - for comparison I'm hitting 4.4ghz@1.332v with a clear 22c margin on a far inferior evo 212.
I'd always use the bios over clocking personally.
As barto states ,- software overclocking pushes voltages abnormally high to ensure stability & it also tend to up the fsb whichbis pointless with an unlocked chip & can destabilise ram speeds.
You're probably touching 1.4v with that method when 99% of 8 cores will do 4.3ghz at 1.35v or lower.
Obviously your case cooling & ambient temps play a part in this too - warmer air into the heatsink = higher temps obviously.
What motherboard are you using??

Install new CPU Air Cooler instead stick with the stock one.
Recommendation:Cryorig H7/CM Hyper 212 evo
I am currently using Cryorig H7,idle temperature stay at 30-40c,max load(stock clock)never beyond 60c
