Wich monitor should i choose? Asus VS239H-P or the Dell P2314H

Hello there community! I'm trying to figure it out ONLY between this monitors because in the region where i live they`re the only ones available in my budget, the Dell is about 30 bucks more, and i want to know if its better enough to give it a chance. I know the most basic about panels and i know that they are IPS.

I'm aware too that the Dell has a newer panel and its height adjustable, the main focus is on image quality.

I will use it to play FPS and RTS titles.

Deeper explanation: I already bought the ASUS but i have the opportunity to sell it to the same price i purchased it a few days ago. And my retailer is offering me the Dell one.

What should i do ! ? Thanks and sorry if this wasnt clear enough at the begining

i said the asus is likely going to perform better in games since its has a better response time... 5ms vs 8ms on the dell. the dell also does not use hdmi so if you wanted to use it without a graphics card that would be difficult for many systems. otherwise for pure static image quality the dell is probably slightly better.

both dell and asus make excellent monitors.

for this round and because you said you will be gaming i will have to choose asus since they are more gaming oriented. if you said graphic design or photoshop i would say dell.

but honestly the differences between those two monitors are likely negligible so you really cannot go wrong with either ips based panel. if the asus is cheaper than get it... you likely wouldn't notice the difference between the two anyways.

Thanks for the answer nikoli707 i'm wondering if the BGR will be a big issue with the Dell and of course ther is the stand...the ASUS its a joke wobbles a lot and the Dell is just perfect,

So i will be orientated in therms of image quality if you say the ASUS will look better maybe i will go with it.
altough i know that the Dell have a newer panel than the asus. What do you recommend then?

I can sacrifice the stand for image quality on the ASUS
