Looks like a solid build. May want to add a cheap CPU cooler as the Intel one isn't the best. I actually have the Spec-02 version of that case - the -01 will supposedly not fit some of the taller air coolers such as the Hyper 212 Evo, but there are other viable options out there.

Have you considered adding in a cheap 120 GB SSD as a C drive? It will speed up boot and common program load times by a huge margin.

Solution
if you can wait a bit on your build i would use a skylake cpu and mb and ddr4 ram. it give you upgrade option when your rig gets a few years old. the xfx 850w power supply right now has a 35.00 rebate on parts picker. if your going to go from windows 7 to 10. your better off buying windows 10 it save you some disk space as there be a windows.old folder that you have to remove after the upgrade.
