I ALSO WANT TO ADD BEST GRAPHIC CARD IT IS DOES NOT MATTER DDR3 OR DDR5, OFCOURSE I HAVE WORK IN PHOTOSHOP, 2D/3D ANIMATION AND PLAYING GAMES IN FREE TIME WITH LATEST GAME

The new GPU will draw more power, so you need the 6-pin pcie power cable to provide the more power for the GPU, otherwise the gpu will not get enough power from the pcie x16.
For the r7 250x, you should have one like Corsair VS450, or Antec VP450P. Don't buy the no name and cheaper one, because the PSU is the heart of the PC.
Sorry for the gpu that is not the 250x, because I don't check the picture.
