Hey,
I just deleted everything on my hard drive (I right clicked on the hard drive and manually pressed "delete" on all files that were there)
Now my computer isn't working. I have my windows 8.1 64 bit operating system on a drive. When I start up I can log in but after tat everything is black. When I try to reset it to factory settings it always says "Unexpected error". What to do guys?

if you have windows pc and a cd rom burner make a bootable cd disk.
if not use a usb stick make it bootable and copy hirem files to it and them boot from the usb stick.
if you dont care about the files on the drive..
boot from windows 8.1 cd or download windows 8 iso and use the microsoft iso to usb tool to make a bootable usb stick. boot from the usb stick...delete all of the partion then let windows do a clean install on the drive.

downlaod windows iso file 4g in size.
use the free iso to usb tool from microsoft to make a bootable usb stick.
go into the bios set the usb stick as first boot device.
boot from the usb stick.
go into advance mode.
delete all partion on hard drive.
install windows 8.1
go into windows 8.1 and install any missing drivers for video..ethernet..sound
