Those will all do the job, it is just whichever brand you trust the most. Personally, though, I would go with the Seasonic M12II-620 Bronze Evo Edition 620w. Also Johnny Guru is a great source for Power Supply reviews. And if you're not too into the technical things of power supplies like ripples on the 12v rail, then just skip to the conclusion on any givin power supplies he reviews. They are really well put together.
What about the antec vp650pm?
I tried to search, but couldn't find any certification for it.
Well in fact the antec vp650pm is actually a Seasonic made unit, branded for Antec.
So if the antec unit is much cheaper you may as well go for it.
Both the Seasonic unit and the Antec unit would power your system nicely. So go for the one you like the best, or which is cheaper.
It's common PSU manufacturers buy other PSU's made by other companies and repackage them. Sometimes they're sell cheaper from different companies.
HOWEVER, the Seasonic one is fully modular, which once again is amazing for the price and helps cable management. It does have slightly better specs and quality components as well.
Again HOWEVER if the Antec one is significantly cheaper, it's a better deal.
-good luck
EDIT: also the Seasonic is advertised 5 year warranty on Newegg.
The Antec 2 years.
