I am going to buy the following parts (except for the GPU/optical drive/OS/RAM/HDD. Recycling those), and would like any advice/feedback on whether it would work well, or where I can improve upon it (while keeping the cost about the same):

P.S. I might try to bump the 8320 to a modest 4~4.4GHz. Please let me know if the 212x or mobo of choice is not sufficient for that attempt. The PC will mostly be used for general gaming at hopefully (medium and above settings) 1920x1080 60 fps, video editing and tons of multi-tasking of various office software (word processors/spreadsheets/etc).

Thank you in advance for your help!

Yes, your build should run any game at 1080p medium - high settings (depends on the game) and multi tasking won't be a problem, also will work for video editing too.

With that CPU cooler you should get 4 GHz or more from the FX CPU.
