If your going to be streaming, or editing along with the gaming I would get the 4790K for sure. Just because you have no plans to do so right now who knows what your will be doing with the PC in 4 years from now.
The 6600K is newer tech but their little difference in gaming performance.
Any of the 3 should last 4+ years for just gaming with a little overclocking towards the end to bring it back to life.
If I had those 3 options to buy for my own PC I would get the 4790K.

Their were no performance difference in those 2 chips.
If you look back 4 years ago you would be using a 1155 motherboard and their would be no real upgrade now for that socket. It will be the same 4 years from now no matter what you buy in 4 years or so you will need to upgrade to the newer socket motherboard.

intel upgrades their motherboards far too often since AMD is out of the picture. In 4 years, you will 100% have to get new motherboard. Get the best CPU you can now, and that's 4770k out of your list, the only i7.
