if you got problems on windows 7 change to windows 8 it solved all problems i tried everyting for a week on windows 7 overclock underclock flash bios and change tdr delay but nothng worked after installing windows 8 Everything is working.
all that is different now is that i activated windows under install and im not running chrome i Think chrome might be the problem but not sure.
