My Mouse Cursor keeps moving

I am having a problem that My Mouse Cursor keeps moving while my hand is not in the mouse, its not 100% of times, but more than 60%.
Its a Logitech g400s, but i also tested with my DeathAdder and a microsoft mouse and the problem continue, i dont think its a mouse problem, neither mousepad, since ive tryed 3 mousepads. What could it be? its really boring cause sometimes im watching a series/movie and the cursor starts to move.

Try mouse without any mat under it if it's an optical mouse and your desk top has a woodgrain pattern or similar like laminate flooring.

My office desk top has the appearance like laminate flooring (but without any joins or seams of course) and I've never used a mouse mat since switching to optical mice. Never had any problems with hands-off creep or tracking accuracy.

Even used optical mouse on plain white laminated top of my bedroom furniture, no problems with that either.
