Nothing else I would suggest to be honest, everything else looks good.
If you can stretch to another £10 on your budget, then you could upgrade the CPU to an i5-4590, but the 4460 is a good choice at that price.

Ah ok, its a shame the wifi card is taking up that much of your budget!
In that case, the only real suggestion I have is:
Why a M-ATX board when you have a full ATX case? Its just going to look strange inside that case, and your paying more for that form factor. You can get a much better Z97 ATX board from ASUS for £5 less: Asus Z97-P
