guys, so, should i buy WC for my i7 6700k, i want OC, but i not sure if it worth it...

This is what i have in mind:
Corsair Hydro H110i GT for 139,90€
or something like Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO for 42,90€, Cooler Master Hyper 412S for 44,90€, Cooler Master Hyper 612 Ver.2 for 49,90 €
or
Noctua NH-U12S U-TYPE 65,00€ or Noctua NH-D14 SE2011 67,90€, or CPU Noctua NH-D14 69,90€
I know Noctua is better then CM but i would like to change the fan for a red one, and i don't know. if i can go that in noctua.

The Hyper 212 EVO is one of the most loved bang-for-your-buck CPU air coolers out there right now. If you're not interested in OC'ing that would probably suit you just fine.

If you think you might want to OC, even in the future, I'd suggest going ahead with the water cooling option. Once you install something like the 212 EVO you pretty much have to dismantle the whole rig if you want to upgrade the CPU cooler later.

Edit: If you plan on doing high-end gaming or professional graphics rendering, then I would say without a doubt go for the water cooling option.

Modern cases have CPU cut outs on the back so you do not need to dismantle anything. All-in-one liquid coolers also need a retention back plate like a normal air cooler. And yes, you can change the fans on the NH-D14 easily, you just need 120 mm fans or 140 mm fans with 120mm spacing.

I am personally fan of air (pun intended). Large air coolers have many advantages over AIOs. One of them being quieter. Noctua NH-D14, Phanteks TC14, Be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3, Cryorig R1 Ultimate, Thermalright Silver Arrow IB/SB and etc are some of the top air coolers available.

And I do rendering all the time on my computer, specially with VRay and I have or had no issue on air cooling, even with my old 212 Evo. AIO units like the Corsair H line are vastly overrated to what they are worth. They are more expensive and noisier than large air coolers for just 1-2-3 C difference.

guys and i would like to buy 5 fans 140mn. my budget is 15€ for fan, not more please, i was thinking is this two
NZXT FZ-140 Airflow or Corsair AF140. is it possible to buy something else for the same price?

The Corsair AF series are absolutley awesome. I've tried both the NZXT series and the Corsair, and I'm currently only running the Corsair line now.

If you decide to go with the Corsair AF series, be sure to pay attention to what type you get. There are 2 types of Corsair AF fan, an 'airflow' edition and a 'silent' edition.
