Z97-A/USB 3.1 BIOS Issues

So I'm having multiple issues with BIOS (that may be interrelated). First, my computer will randomly load into BIOS, more often from a cold boot I might add. Second, upon loading into BIOS I'm spammed with the load default settings dialog box. Lastly my mouse has become very erratic as of late while in BIOS(I updated the mouse drivers recently). I should note that my mouse worked fine in an older, front USB slot, it had been fine in the motherboard USB slots inthe past however. I'm using the latest BIOS version for my motherboard running Windows 10.

Try updating the BIOS, if newer version available. If not, try replacing the CMOS battery. If still the same, try ordering a BIOS chip on ebay and replacing the board's one. If still the same, I'd consider RMA-ing the board.

I found out why my mouse was going crazy in UEFI. Once I unplugged my SNES controller my mouse returned to normal. A small relief knowing the problem hasn't gotten worse.

I'm running the latest BIOS. When I unplug my keyboard (Logitech G15, possibly 10 years old) I no longer have issues with being spammed with 'load defaults'(F5). Is there a compatibility issue? My keyboard functions normally in Windows.
