$1000 Australian Mini-ITX SFF Desktop PC For Friend - Help Cutting Costs?

Do any of you have any ideas on how I can cut down on the cost of this small-form-factor desktop PC without reducing compute performance? This build is for my friend assuming he doesn't have a Windows key and hard drive. This is Australian prices. He initially wanted a laptop but I convinced him into getting a small desktop PC. He does need a monitor.
