Please someone tell me which asus motherboard z97-a or z97-k is best for home theatre.

I love to watch movies on my pc. I intend to build a new pc. I wondering which motherboard to chose asus z97-a or z97-k. Which one will give best movie display to watch. Please someone help me to make my choice. Thank you very much.

1 - that's good
2 - DRAM is fine and sufficient
3 - Stock fan will be fine - if noise starts to bother you can always replace it down the road
Fan expert allows you to adjust fan speeds if needed for better cooling and air flow in the case

Wow, it was fast. I can't expect to get an answer that soon. Thank you very much. I studying your solutions. I was looking couple days before and knew Z87 is out of stock. I will opt for Z97-A, cpu i5 4590, memory 4x2 = 8G ddr3 1600. I will use onboard graphic and sound card. Thank again. What do you think about that ?

Thank. I just read Asus H97 Plus specifications. It will give what I needed. I am not really a person who have much knowledge about computer. I am a retiree. Thank again for the advices.

Dear Tradesman1. Here I am again. I took time to read and study users and specially "experts answers". I learned a lot, lot more. My main goal is HOME THEATER PC, so I print out specifications from Asus about mobos H97-Plus, Z97-k/csm and compared. I found that beside of its chipsets H97 and Z97, others components, features and covers are almost the same. Their prices are different, of course. So I opted for H97-Plus. Here what I intend to do:
1) cpu i5 4590 (198$). I have no intend to OC. Would you suggest something more ?
2) Ram 8G x 2 Crucial Balistix ddr3 1600 (80$) That I can find available online now.
3) Heatsink fan cooling is enough (provided with cpu) ? I intend to use Mascool 92mm long life cpu cooler 8wa743 (31$). Would you please explain (what is Fan Xpert2+). I didn't order any of these yet, just shop around and waiting for good advices.

Dear Tademan1. Once again thank, I appreciate very much your experiences.
I am using Asus Silent Square fan cooler for my actual asus cpu for 4,5 years now. It still working fine and quiet. Asus Silent Square fan cooler style is not available any more. I read online some of the Heatsink fan cooler which cover chipset 1150 ans also 775. My question is do Silent Square can be really used on LGA 1150 ? If it is, it should be wonderful for me.
