I think it's the grounding setup. I have everything installed, 24 pins into the motherboard, and the 2 sets of 12v pins (its named cpu) from the PSU. When I plug in all the cables from the case, the one in the middle just named GND isn't covered by any of the switches. It won't turn on no matter what I do, please help. Thank you

my ground setup currently: https://gyazo.com/c1fc6de9ced39e558451c792f5639e9a (see the GND one is open)

these are the cables from case: https://gyazo.com/e66919f914c80c18cb306d5f8f2d44c5

You should have a jumper named PWR or POWER.
It only needs to cover the top row where it says Power Button and Ground.
All the Power button on the case does is short those two terminals on the motherboard together for a moment, which sends a signal to the PSU to turn on.
You could short those two terminals together yourself to test it, but I am not responsible if something goes wrong !

take a screw driver, remove all the pin connectors, connect with power then just touch 2 pins of pwr btn (with the screw driver) shown in the pic link. if the PC starts then all the internal components are connected correctly, just follow the image and re connect all the connectors. if dosent not start this way then there is a internal problem, check all your cables connected to internal component also check your power socket.
