Need Advice Regarding My New Rig

Dear Friends,

I am currently considering to make a new PC for gaming,in this regard kindly advice me if it needs any changes or not,and also tell me about the overall performance for gaming for new titles.The below is the list of the components for my new pc:

-Thermaltake V4 Black Edition Gaming Chassis Mid Tower Steel Computer Case Fully Black Powdered Interior VM30001W2Z

-ASUS GeForce GTX 960 STRIX-GTX960-DC2OC-2GD5 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready Video Card

-GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-Gaming 3 (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

-Intel Core i5-6500 6M Skylake Quad-Core 3.2 GHz LGA 1151 65W BX80662I56500 Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 530

-Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

-Cooler Master HYPER 212X Turbo Computer CPU Cooler 120mm Fan Heatpipes heatsink for Intel Socket LGA2011 / 2011-3

-Corsair VS 550 WATT POWER SUPPLY

- Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2X4Gb) 2400 BUS DDR 4 (CMK4GX4M1A2400C14R)

You chose Z710 (can overclock) + CPU cooler (for overclock) + i5-6500 (can't overclock). Doesn't make sense to me. You'd be better off with a H170 mobo, drop the extra cooler + keep the i5-6500. The money you save could go to a 970 instead of 960. This will give you a better ability to game at higher fps and settings.

Other than that. It looks good.
