Whenever I try to start my PC it goes to the Windows Error Recovery Screen. If I select Launch Startup Repair, It reads:

"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware of software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1.Insert your Windows installation disc and restart the computer.
2.Choose your language settings, and then click "Next".
3.Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Status: 0xc000000f

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible."

If I select Start Windows Normally, it boots up for about 5-10 minutes before Blue Screening.
It reads:
"A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO"
Whenever I try to start up in safe mode, it does the same thing
I don't have an installation disk so I created one with the Microsoft Windows 7 USB/ DVD Download tool but it doesn't even boot. I created a system repair disk on another PC and that didn't work either.
I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
4GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GeForce 710M
Intel Core i3
(An older version of ASUS K55VD Notebook: https://www.asus.com/au/Notebooks/K55VD/)
This occurred randomly a few months ago but I gave up since nothing I tried worked (I spent hours upon hours attempting). I was using my PC as normal, I didn't do anything to cause any errors.
Thanks in advance.

Already tried booting it up WITHOUT any USB's?
Since it doesnt even boot into Emergency Repair Disk I suggest trying to replace the HDD/SSD (whatever it boots from).
*Please Note: The warranty does not cover that.
If you don't know how to do that just take it back to the store you bought it from or contact the site you bought it from.
