Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
or
ASRock H97M Anniversary Micro ATX LGA1150

I've been using Gigabyte motherboards for years and have found them to be very reliable. ASRock, not so much. I highly recommend ASUS and Gigabyte MBs.

I'd go with the gigabyte. It has more USB 3.0 ports, more expansion slots and generally gigabyte motherboards have excellent build quality
