No. There is a huge amount of money wasted on the CPU and water cooling but then a mid range gpu and no ssd. Its very unbalanced. A 4690k and GTX 970 or 980 would be cheaper and perform better in games. For that sort of money it should have at least a 250gb ssd and I dont like that its a generic 600w PSU, they should tell you the make and PSU as there is a huge difference between a low or high quality one. You really should look at building your own
A 5820k and a GTX 960 is a pretty big mismatch. I would spend majority of my money on the GPU, rather than the CPU. They are both good though, and certainly buying prebuilt with warranty and it looking that good is a bonus. Up to you.
