Hello.
Lately i've noticed that for some reason my CPU Frequency is 2.9GHz while it should be 3.3GHz.
My CPU is i5 3550.
I noticed this problem since a couple of months ago, and now i wanted to solve it.
So i opened my BIOS, i set my CPU Frequency to 3.5GHz (Because i can, so why not?
) and i disabled everything that could harm my "OC", i mean every option that could underclock my CPU, And in my BIOS It says: CPU Frequency: 3493 MHz, but in CPUZ, HWMONITOR, Any program, it says 2893MHz. I also tried to enter a game and see if it goes up, but nothing.

As i said before, CPU i5 3550
Motherboard H77M D3H
Psu Corsair Gs600 600W
The temps are good, I have no idea what the problem could be.
If needed, i will attach images of my BIOS and the settings i changed.
