Hi,
Just as a preface I am new to this forum so I apologize if I lack some of the nuances others may have.
Now, a few months back I put Rocket League onto my computer, within a few minutes of playing it my screen would turn a color (green, purple, etc.) and would be unresponsive, so I would be forced to do a hard shutdown. At the time I didn't think much of it since I have a fairly old rig(however over the years I have updated it with a a new GPU and added more RAM. As time has progressed I've been getting just black screen shutdowns, when playing games such as League of Legends or Counter Strike. Its gotten progressively worse as well, what was once a 1 time a day or every other day occurrence happens withing 20 minutes of me starting a game. so I am thinking, since I haven't replaced it in the 7 years I've owned this unit, the issue is most likely the PSU and am just looking for any sort of guidance before I go and purchase a new one.
TLDR: I am getting error-41 shutdowns on an older system and am wondering if its my PSU

Specs:
GTX 750 Ti
4 gigs of Ram
AMD Athlon II X2 250 Processor
Not sure of PSU but I know its the stock version from about 2008

Thats generic Power Supply. It's Cant power on its labeled Wattage. It's will destroy your system slowly and can catch fire. Just changed it to something reliable even it's say 550 W it can deliver less than 300 W
