Yeah should run those at max settings 1080@60fps.
See if you can afford an SSD. If you swap the G2 750w for the B2 750w and RAM from 16GB to 8GB you can afford a 250GB Samsung 850 Evo without losing performance in gaming.

I definitely would not recommend a 240GB SSD if you do not have the spare change to get an additional HDD. Definitely not viable if you have a decent Steam library, unless you want to eat up all your bandwidth allowance uninstalling games so that you can install others.
