Hi everyone.

Just did a fresh install of Windows 7 x64. I have the latest audio drivers installed - downloaded from Asus, My mother board is M5A97 R2.0. If you have a look at the image bellow you'll see what selection of Playback Devices I've got.

I couldn't find a thread with the same issue. Any ideas what I've done wrong??

Thanks !!

Latest driver for my motherboard from Asus. com

Realtek Audio Driver V6.0.1.7525 for Windows 7/8/8.1/10 32bit & 64bit.

For the Chipset, you shouldn't have needed to install Catalyst. Since your GPU is from nVidia, are you running the latest driver from them? If so, try using a previous driver version.

I uninstalled the Catalyst, but there's no change. My NVIDIA driver is 353.62 as the latest one (355.98) was a trouble maker - causing the Desktop Windows Manager to crash.

OK, I fixed it. I uninstalled the latest Audio Drivers and I installed the ones that come with the motherboard DVD.

All good now. Must be something with the new drivers then which is strange as I did install the latest BIOS and drivers and everything was fine.

Thanks for your time! ;)
