I've spent lots of time looking for answer but nothing conclusive so far.

Any of you guys runs 2x8 GB RAM at 1866 MHz on this MoBo? If yes - which one?

According to this (see table):

http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/ddr3memoryfrequencyguide.aspx

max RAM frequency possible for this setup is 1600 MHz. Or am I wrong?

At the moment I've got: G.Skill 8GB PC3-14900, F3-14900CL10S-8GBXL, running at 1866 MHz (Win7). But I want 16 GB for video editing.

Yes, but it all depends on the individual CPU, I've run 2400 sticks with the 8350, then too have seen 8350s that can't run 2133 sticks (sort of like OCing the CPU, some do very well others suck. With todays prices and 2133 and 1866 at basically the same price it's not a bad idea to go 2133 and if you can't run 2133 can set up at 1866. I particularly like the GSkill Snipers and Ripjaws X with AMD builds, in an article I did, a Team Xtreem set was the best of those I worked with (8670/Crosshair)
