Random driver fails?

Hey guys,

Not sure whether this is in the correct area (under win 7) but, randomly I think that my drivers fail, or something happens at least...

I'm just using my PC and randomly, my headphones go off, then mouse and keyboard stop working. After maybe 20 seconds or so, they return to normal, however sometime some functions seem to stop?

This mainly happens when on games, I play CS:GO and it is consistently, 80% of the time, doing this. This will generally happen in between the loading screen of the map and from me essentially being spawned in the game. I think, it is the drivers, however I'm not sure, this did randomly start happening, i've updated windows etc. which did nothing to help this issue. And i'm certain it's not a hardware issue. Another note, the monitor continues to work and there are no issues regarding the display.

Regards to me saying that there becomes problems with functions, if this happens during a game of CS:GO, my push to talk button ('t') doesn't work as push to talk anymore, so I have to restart the game and hope the failure will not happen. However the actual 't' key will work, as in if I was to tab out and type, there would be no issue.

I would appreciate any help, feel free to ask any questions :) thank you guys

Hey, sorry for getting back to you so late. I have updated the BIOS driver to the newest version, but the problem is still persisting?

I can't seem to find any new drivers for my seagate HDD, on device manager it says this model number: ST1000DM ST1000DM003/9YN1 SCSI Disk Device.

I can't really find any other things to update?

Also, this problem seems to only occur when I close a "major" application, like a game (CSGO, CoD WaW) or skype for example.
